So, we're writers, right? So, that means we shouldn't have any problems coming up with something to write on our first blog post... I mean with all that creativity we should be able to just explode with infinite fascinating topics full of juicy details and clever particulars about things to say about ourselves, our site, and our books... (queue the cricket noise.) Honestly, we're just impressed that you actually clicked on the blog button.
Let's keep the whole thing pretty simple. For this first blog post we thought we would explain a little about what we hope to do with this blog/site. When we started looking at other author's sites we noticed that most of them had an area where they could post upcoming news, short stories, and give their fans an opportunity to write comments. That's basically all we want. This will be the place to look and see what we are working on, maybe some info about us or fellow authors we like, and hopefully some free short stories!
What's with the frog in the bird house? Well I'm glad you asked! WIX apparently thinks "images make your blog posts more visually compelling for your audience, and encourage readers to keep coming back." But why a frog image? Cause frog sounds like blog....seriously we have no idea what images you should post in a blog.
